Prices are per room, for consecutive nights, based on two people sharing (except for Single Rooms) and includes dinner, full English breakfast and VAT.

Booking Terms and Conditions

1)	Deposit payments in three instalments are required for 25% of the total booking value. The first payment is required within 7 days of making your reservation and the balance payment by 1st February 2008.Other than the initial deposit all further payments must be made by cheque or credit card.
2)	All payments received are non refundable and non transferable, we therefore advise our clients to take out their own personal holiday insurance.
3)	Should any payment not be received by the due date, the booking will be released and all payments forfeited.
