The Broadway Hotel has a conference suite positioned away from the hotel and reached through the rose gardens. The Orchard House has its own syndicate room, while the Courtyard Room has French windows that open out onto the courtyard with its charming fountain. Both rooms are light and airy, with readily accessible break-out areas. Presentation and audio-visual equipment is available.

The Orchard and Courtyard Rooms can both accommodate twenty in a theatre-style layout or twelve as a boardroom. In addition, dinner for up to twelve can be served in the Courtyard Room.
