Terms and Conditions

1.    This offer (the “Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise”) is available only to guests who have made online room reservations for Cotswold Inns & Hotels Limited through www.cotswold-inns-hotels.co.uk
2.    To qualify for the Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise, you must have (a) obtained a confirmed reservation and confirmation number by booking through www.cotswold-inns-hotels.co.uk (b) located elsewhere on the Internet an available room at a lower room rate for the same room and bed type in the same hotel for the same dates and for the same number of people (the “Competing Rate”) and (c) e-mailed us your claim complying in full with the claims procedure below (the “Claim”) within 24 hours of receipt of your confirmed reservation number. Claims must be received by us at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
3.    The Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise applies only to a Competing Rate with restrictions that are substantially similar to the restrictions that may apply to your room reservation with Cotswold Inns & Hotels Limited (e.g. advanced purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements, cancellation and change policies) and does not apply to a Competing Rate with restrictions which Cotswold Inns & Hotels Limited in its absolute and sole discretion determines are more onerous than any that may apply to your room reservation with Cotswold Inns & Hotels Limited. The Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise does not apply to modified or cancelled reservations.
4.    The Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise does not apply to Competing Rates that are not generally available to the public over the Internet, including without limitation private rates, rates that are part of a package, corporate or travel agent rates, conference rates and any rates that are targeted towards a specific group of individuals and not the wider public.
5.    The Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise does not apply to any Competing Rates where the name of the hotel is not known until after the booking has been made.

If you qualify for the Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise

1.    We will match the Competing Rate and discount an additional 10% off that Competing Rate for the room reservation for which you have submitted the relevant Claim. The discount does not apply to any charges additional to those contracted for with your reservation.
2.    The availability of the Competing Rate must be proved by an acceptable form of evidence. An “acceptable” form of evidence will be the forwarding to us of an official email confirming a reservation by you on www.cotswold-inns-hotels.co.uk with details of the competing website which offers the lower rate than that on www.cotswold-inns-hotels.co.uk or such other evidence as Cotswold Inns & Hotels Limited may in its absolute discretion deem acceptable from time to time. This evidence must be submitted with your claim.
3.    Cotswold Inns & Hotels Limited may in its absolute and sole discretion verify the validity of any Claim, including, but not limited to, availability of the Competing Rate and confirmation that it complies with those terms and conditions and all claim processing requirements. No correspondence will be entered into. Claims that are lost, delayed, incomplete or which are not supported by acceptable and verifiable evidence will be void.
4.    Upon successful validation of the Claim, Cotswold Inns & Hotels Limited will send an email to you confirming that your room reservation qualifies for the Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise. Upon check-out at on of our hotels, you will automatically be charged the confirmed discounted rate. Please present a copy of the email or other communication from Cotswold Inns & Hotels Limited confirming your eligibility for the Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise.
5.    The Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Cotswold Inns & Hotels Limited reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Cotswold Inns & Hotels Internet Price Promise at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
