Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Vouchers are not available on a sale or return basis and cannot be exchanged for cash or travellers cheques.
- If the order delivered is incorrect, the client must notify Cotswold Inns and Hotels within three working days of receipt. Non-delivery or suspected non-delivery must be notified as soon as possible.
- Cotswold Inns and Hotels can accept no responsibility for vouchers lost or stolen.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or programme.
- Vouchers may be transferred from one person to another without restriction, but Cotswold Inns and Hotels must be notified of this.
- Vouchers may be exchanged for accommodation food, drink, or other services at the specified Hotel(s) and may be used as full or part payment. Cotswold Inns and Hotels regret that no cash refund can be made on any unused balance.
