Established in 2000, Giffords Circus is a small circus company that delivers circus / theatre fusion to the villages and market towns in the Cotswolds. True Cotswold Countryside event. Traditional one day Agricultural and Horse Show in a parkland setting with competitions for horses, cattle (including the National Show of Poll Hereford Cattle), sheep (including the National Show of Cotswold Sheep), goats, poultry, dogs, crafts, flowers and even scarecrows. Frampton Country Fair
The 28th Frampton Country Fair takes place in 30 acres of beautiful parkland belonging to Frampton Court Estate. This popular event has the reputation of being one of the last truly traditional country game fairs left and is proud to have remained true to its roots, as well as being considered one of the best one day shows in the country.
It continues to celebrate and promote all that is great about the British countryside, its sporting folk and all who live and work in it. There is quite literally something for everyone - fly fishing, gun dog competitions, ferret racing, well supported Hound Parade, three display rings as well as lots of retail therapy, food and drink. The clay shoot is open to all with entries taken on the day and is suitable for all levels of shooting enthusiast, with tuition on hand nearby! The 2014 Tetbury Food and Drink Festival takes place from 17th - 21st September. The Paddock will be buzzing with hot rockin' music from The Bravo Boys, show cars, and high octane entertainment. Special performances include stilt walkers, vegas showgirls and the legendary Demon Drome Wall of Death motorcycle show (the oldest wall of death in existance). The Demon Drome use original 1920's Indian Motorcycles as they perform death defying tricks and stunts on a vertical raceway just inches from your eyes.
