The Mulberry - using the fruit from our 300 year old Mulberry Tree, the Bar Team have created this fantastic cocktail which would be equally at home in the garden on a summers day or in front of our roaring log fires in Winter.
It perfectly marries Bombay Sapphire, Mulberry Jam, fresh garden mint, Pimms No. 1 Cup, fresh lemon juice and a splash of elderflower cordial - the house speciality.
