Our chefs delight in creating both new and traditional fine foods from the freshest local produce. By developing close links with the local suppliers, we are able to source the finest in meats, fish, fruit and vegetables.
Keeping things close to home, we even use the mulberry fruit from our own tree in the garden to use in jams and chutneys for the restaurant as well as for cocktails in the bar.
By taking the freshest food in season, we are able to create dishes that give you a true taste of fine English cooking at its very best.
