Booking Conditions for New Year Breaks
Prices are per person per stay based on two guests sharing a double/twin room (unless otherwise stated) and include entertainment, specified dinners, full English breakfast and VAT at the current rate.

To confirm your New Year reservation, a 25% non-refundable and non transferable deposit is required and the  remaining balance is due by the 1st November 2013. Full payment will be required on any bookings made thereafter. We recommend guests seek appropriate travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances arising causing a need for you to cancel your reservation.

Whilst we normally welcome children, we do not believe that the New Years Eve break is suitable for those younger then 14 years of age. Adult rate will be charged for those over 14.
