The 2-rosette award winning Beaufort Restaurant is an elegant venue serving fine food. Its original period architectural features include an impressive hammer-beamed ceiling, wooden floors and grand bay windows that overlook the beautiful country gardens.
Chef’s dishes are light combinations of intriguing flavours and textures. Some are very modern in concept, while others are based on traditional English and classical French ideas, and given a twist.
The philosophy of our chef and his brigade is to prepare food to order so that everything is fresh and served at its best.
We operate a booking system at Reception to enable ourselves to give the best meal experience we can deliver, so if the time you wish to dine is not available, we will try to accommodate you as near to your requested time as possible. Alternatively, a choice of remaining available times will be offered to guests without prior bookings when they arrive at the Hotel. We suggest that guests allow approximately half an hour before Dinner,(for example, 6.30pm for 7.00pm) to take a comfortable seat in the Beaufort Lounge or Drawing Room with the menu, a drink and some nibbles.
The Beaufort Restaurant serves fine English and Continental-style cuisine cooked using local Cotswold ingredients wherever possible. On Sundays an excellent traditional three-course Sunday roast for £21.95 per person is served. We advise you book in advance.
