Just a note to say a massive thank you for Saturday - we had a fantastic day despite the awful weather! Everything went smoothly and our families and our friends really enjoyed themselves.

Just very quickly before we jet off, and while it is still fresh (I'm sure you're "on" again this weekend!), thank you and your team so much for making our day absolutely perfect and beyond our expectations! The service was fantastic, food was brilliant, you guys rolled with the "punches" as timings went off slightly and without a murmur, everything just went brilliantly. Michael and the catering team were great... many people commented on their professionalism and that fact that the service was so well executed with precision and a smile. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the food (even Uncle Mike, who has stomach problems palmed the soup off on his wife so that he could try the mushroom starter!! ha ha!!!). The hotel and grounds are stunning and really helped create the intimate atmosphere that we were really hoping for. Even the weather (mostly) cooperated!
When we get back, we will send a letter of thanks, but I wanted to get this to you now so that you could pass on our thanks while it is still "the last" wedding that you did!! Words are now failing me... you will see us at least once a year from now on!!

Hi Julia,

I am so sorry for not getting in contact sooner I have meant to but not got around to it. Having just seen your e-mail address it reminded me to write to tell you that we all had a wonderful day at Westonbirt back on June 24th.

The food was delicious and with nice generous portions. Also the staff who looked after us that day were extremely helpful and attentive. I do apologise for not writing sooner to thank you for helping to organise everything.

My Mother very much enjoyed her Birthday celebrations and the 10 Grandchildren had a fantastic time and lived exploring the garden.
