The Hare and Hounds Hotel, built in honey-coloured Cotswold stone, sits in a romantic garden setting.

Whether you prefer a small, intimate celebration of friends and family, or a traditional ‘Big White Wedding’, The Hare and Hounds will provide warm and friendly service, and the magical ambience that such a special day deserves.

The Hotel boasts 43 guest rooms. The charmingly refurbished bedrooms in the Main House, Garden Cottage and Coach House blend happily with the sophisticated and stylish rooms and suites of Silkwood Court. The romantic Game Keepers Honeymoon Suite is stone cottage retreat, adjacent to the main hotel and features a spacious bedroom with feature bed, luxurious bathroom, separate 'walk in' double shower room and beautiful lounge over looking your own secluded garden with private hot tub.

Four areas of the Hotel are licensed for Civil Ceremonies, the largest accommodating up to 120 guests for both Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast.  Evening events are offered for up to 150 people.

For the all-important Wedding Breakfast, often a highlight for your guests, we offer you our very best in food, wine and friendly service.  We have a wide variety of dishes on each menu for you to choose from, but our Chef is happy to tailor a menu especially for you.  We can also arrange a complimentary tasting of your final menu - all part of the wonderful anticipation.
