All Christmas Break rates are per person (pp) per stay and based on two people sharing a double/twin room, including all entertainment, stated meals and vat at the current rate.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken upon confirmation with the remaining balance due by the 1st November 2011. Full payment will be required on any bookings made thereafter. If you cancel from 1st November 2011 onwards, full cancellation charges apply.

Children under the age of 12, sharing a room with 2 adults will be charged at £195 for their stay. Whilst all children are welcome, the Boxing Day dinner is an evening for adults and an early Children's dinner will be available at 6pm.
