The Hawthorne Room, with its log fire and oak table, holds 8 as a boardroom and 8 for dinner. The Acorn Room holds 8 as a boardroom, while the Bay Tree Hotel Restaurant can host 80 theatre-style, 40 as a boardroom and 80 for dinner.

The luxury accommodation comprises of 21 bedrooms, all bedrooms are non-smoking and have television, direct-dial telephone, beverage tray and en-suite bathrooms.
