Booking Conditions for New Year Breaks
Prices are per person (pp) for a two night stay based on two people sharing a double/twin room and include entertainment, specified dinners, full English breakfast and vat at the current rate.

To confirm your New Year reservation, a 25% non-refundable and non transferable deposit is required and the remaining balance is due by the 1st November 2013. Full payment will be required on any bookings made thereafter. We recommend guests seek appropriate travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances arising causing a need for you to cancel your reservation.
