Prices are per room, per night, based on 2 guests sharing and includes full English breakfast and VAT.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

1) A 25% deposit is required on booking.
2) The remaining balance is required by 1st February 2012.
3) All payments received are non refundable and non transferable.
4) Should a pre-payment not be received by the due date, the booking will be released and all payments forfeited.
