The Lamb Inn is celebrating being winners of the CONDÉ NAST JOHANSENS 'Most Excellent Inn' 2009
The annual awards for excellence took place at The Jumeirah Carlton Tower - Knightsbridge - London on Tuesday 11th November 2008.
To celebrate winning the Most Excellent Inn 2009 award The Lamb Inn invited local residents and fellow businesses to a Champagne and Canapés evening on Monday 7th December. Guests were treated to selection of canapés including beef & horseradish, smoked duck & mango, to name just a few.
The event was hosted by Andrew Swan, manager, and Michael Horton, proprietor of Cotswold Inns & Hotels, and was attended by local businesses including Jackson-Stops & Staff Estate Agent, Burford News newsagent as well as regular guests to The Lamb Inn.

“Full of character, has flagstone floors and small intimate lounges with big squashy sofas. The setting is lovely, the bedrooms are comfortable with antique furniture, fresh cotton sheets and comfortable armchairs. The staff are genuine and friendly.”
