All Christmas Break rates are per person (pp) per three night stay and based on two people sharing a double/twin room, including all entertainment, meals and vat at the current rate.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken upon confirmation with the remaining balance due by the 1st November 2010. Full payment will be required on any bookings made thereafter. If you cancel from 1st November 2010 onwards, full cancellation charges apply.  All rates are per room per three night stay and based on two people sharing a double/twin room, including all entertainment and meals.

Whilst we normally welcome children, we do not believe that the Christmas break is suitable for those younger then 14 years of age. Adult rate will be charged for those over 14.
