Dogs Welcome

Proud to be a dog friendly hotel

We love dogs, and we know you do too — that’s why The Hare & Hounds is proud to be a dog-friendly hotel. We have specially allocated rooms to accommodate you and your four-legged friend comfortably.

Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your dog so we can reserve a dog-friendly room and prepare for your arrival. Dogs are welcome in the bar and garden but are not permitted in the main restaurant.

House Rules:

  • Inform us at the time of booking if bringing a dog.

  • Dogs must be kept under control in the hotel and garden.

  • Please minimise noise so as not to disturb other guests.

  • Owners must clean up after their dogs.

  • A small paw print charge of £20 per night applies (£10 for any additional dogs). This includes a dog bed, bowl, and a sausage at breakfast.
