Children & Four-Legged Friends
We’re delighted to welcome the whole family this festive season. Children are invited to enjoy the festive magic, with a range of family-friendly rooms available across our hotels, from spacious rooms with extra beds or travel cots to suites with sofa beds, as well as dedicated family rooms at The Hare & Hounds and The Swan.
Children’s prices are available on request.
While the Boxing Day & New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is not recommended for children under 14, the bar will be open for an early meal, ensuring younger guests can still enjoy a special occasion.
Well-behaved dogs are also welcome to join in the paw-some festivities, with a selection of dog-friendly rooms available for a small paw-print charge. Dogs are welcome in our lounge and bar areas, though not in our restaurants.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due on or before 1 December 2026. Full payment is required for all bookings made on or after 1 December 2026.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
