-
The Signet Room
Wedding parties at The Swan have sole access to one wing of the hotel, which boasts a private entrance for your guests to arrive in style, and a collection of rooms to enjoy – the largest being The Signet Room.
The Signet Room can seat up to 110 guests at your ceremony and 110 during the wedding breakfast and evening reception. With its atmospheric blue walls, feature fireplace and stylish tartan carpet, wedding accessories can be kept to a minimum – a few personal touches is all you need. Large windows flood the room with natural light, and there’s even a private bar to enjoy during your evening reception!

-
The Library
The Library is a lovely, bright room at the front of the hotel that is ideal for smaller weddings of up to 26 guests. This room can be used for an intimate wedding ceremony, wedding breakfast, or both, and with beautiful wooden floors, striking red walls and an original fireplace; accessories can be kept to a minimum.
Situated just next-door to the Signet Room, The Library is also a fantastic space to utilise as part of bigger wedding celebrations. Why not fill it with games and activities to keep children entertained, or set up photo-booths and entertainment that the grown-ups can enjoy too?

-
The Garden and Summer House
The jewel in our crown is the quintessentially English garden that sits at the front of hotel. Beautifully manicured, the gardens make a wonderful backdrop for your wedding photos and are home to our Summer House, which is fully licensed for picture-perfect al fresco ceremonies of up to 100.
The garden will be reserved exclusively for your wedding party to enjoy throughout the day, from reception drinks to our famous rubber duck races down the stream!

-
Bibury Village
We are lucky enough to be located in the heart of Bibury, which first earned its title of ‘the most beautiful village in England’ from the artist and craftsman, William Morris (1834-96)… and it’s not hard to see why!
With the famous Arlington Row nearby and pretty bridges over the River Coln; Bibury village itself has a number or beautiful spots for dreamy wedding photos.

-
