Come and stay with us
Arrive, relax and switch off. Step through the door and leave the outside world behind you. Walk into the entrance hall where you will be met by the warmth of an open log fire, and the grandfather clock that stands proudly in the corner. Come on in to The Lamb – if you let us know at the time of booking, you can even bring your dog along too – there’s plenty of room in this Cotswold inn!
The Lamb has always been a loving home to someone. We started life in the early 15th century as a weaver’s cottage and have since indulged in a few modern touches to help complete your stay.
Take a walk outside, there’s plenty to see. The historic market town of Burford is filled with lots to discover. Walk along the cobbled high street or explore the rambling hills and secluded paths of the surrounding countryside. Alternatively, just sit back and relax in the tranquillity of our secret walled garden, so hidden, the world outside doesn’t know it’s there.
With open fires and many armchairs to sink into, books and papers to read, board games to be played and good food to be eaten. Sit back, forget everything else and just relax here at The Lamb.
