The best day ever!


It's hard to know where to start to firstly say thank you, and secondly to express how amazing the team at the swan are. Every single person at the Swan made an impact on our day and played a part in making our wedding the most special day. Both Molly's, their teams and Grace were just so perfect. They went out of their way to make us feel special, looked after and relaxed in feeling that everything was taken care of. I am a perfectionist and control freak and on the morning of our wedding I was relaxed and having the best day, because I had complete trust that everything would be ok. All of our wishes and concerns were taken care of, and nothing was too much trouble. Every little detail was thought of and they went above and beyond what we expected, and considering we both work in travel, myself in luxury travel, I have very high standards and they exceeded them.

Faultless, quality, amazing staff - Our Perfect Day


We had our wedding at the bay tree and we can’t fault a thing. Everything from the service, rooms, and organisation was faultless which made our day stress-free and one to remember. If your looking for a wedding venue The Bay Tree is great value for money, quality, location and planning not to mention the hard-working staff. I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Each part of the day flowed without any problems which was a credit to the staff

Dear Amanda We are writing to say thank you so much to you and the whole team at The Bear for making our wedding such a fantastic one. We had an amazing day, everything went really smoothly and all our guests commented on the great venue, the lovely food and efficient and polite service from all the staff. Many of our guests enjoyed it so much that they are planning a return visit for meals and drinks! From beginning to end, there was nothing that we feel could have been done to improve.

We had our wedding at The Manor House Hotel in Moreton-in-Marsh last weekend and we are still floating on cloud 9! From the minute we booked this venue they went above and beyond to help create the vision we had for our wedding. The wedding co-ordinator was so kind and always on hand to help and answer any questions. We had guests with various dietary requirements and these were very competently catered for. All the stuff were great, food delicious and served on time. Really great value for money as well. We really could not be any happier!

Perfect venue with perfect staff


Myself and my husband got married at the Hare & Hounds hotel in Tetbury in April 2023 and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Rebecca was very helpful at every step and on the big day all the staff were wonderful, checking in on us throughout the day. The food and drink was fabulous, everyone commented on how delicious the wedding breakfast was. Those with dietary requirements commented on how well they were catered for, with an individual buffet plate being prepared for my gluten free bridesmaid. The day went perfectly and we cannot thank everyone at the Hare & Hounds enough. We look forward to coming back again soon.
